They produced predictable results in many orthodontic cases. However, the high fees collected by manufacturing companies is considered to be the main problem facing its spread in our countries.
In house clear aligners are considered to be a good and affordable alternative. They could be used in mild to moderate cases. The development of new orthodontic software helps clinicians in diagnosis, treatment planning and performing clear aligner therapy in their own clinics.
